CCC x Memphis - Green & Red Star Cheongsam with Ruffle Sleeves

With a glance of the fabric from Memphis, the design of this amazing cheongsam came alive in Cheongsam Designer, Cammie Chan's eyes.

Inspired by the Memphis patterns, this cheongsam (qipao) is composed of patchwork combining two main colors, green and red, with lotus leaf/ruffle sleeves and three pairs of Chinese frogs knots buttons. The most eye-catching part must be the pattern situated at the bottom of the outfit, which looks like a star with an unfinished edge!  This idea comes from the main geometric shape on the Memphis fabric.  The unfinished star reveals the beauty of imperfectness!
