Product Exchange Policy
All products purchased in Cammie Chan Cheongsam online store are not subjected to refund. If any damages/problems are found in the product, customer must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of the receipt of product to apply for a product exchange. To claim any item, please make sure the item meets the return & exchange criteria.
What to do if I found the product damaged?
- Send an email to info@cammiechancheongsam.com or give us a call/whatsapp us at +852 3113-8138, or make use of the Chat Box on the bottom right hand corner.
- Attach the photos of the issue of the damaged product(s).
- Reply will be given within 7 business days.
- If your request is accepted. please mail your product to us within 7 days, or bring it to our shop:
- Unit CL127-CL128, CL/F , Lee Wang Building, 133-134 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong
- Product exchange will be arranged in 30 days in normal situations upon the product exchange approval email is sent to customers.
